Kaelen relaxed almost as soon as Heather took his hand. He gave it a small squeeze. When she leaned into his shoulder he reached over and kissed her on the top of her head.
Corrie, who had been inching towards the group slowly, stopped when she heard her name. She looked to the side and saw it was Heather, and she moved quicker to stand at Kaelen's other side. Gosh, he did not look like he was enjoying this place.
She smiled and nodded, "I'm okay, thanks Heather. I just feel like something bad might happen," she said, and frowned, looking into the distance. She knew there was some kind of weird vibe out there, but she didn't know how it was going to effect them.
