As sucky as it was that he wasn't going to be playing in the next match, the Championship Game, it was still a pretty good consolation that he was going to be able to spend it with her. "Oh well I hope you have extra money or don't mind losing because, well you ARE betting against an actual player of the sport." he chuckled and puffed out his sore chest in pride.

"Eh." Taryn waved her hand at him. "I figured there was no way you possibly could anyway." So she wasn't too disappointed.

"I suppose I default to betting on Ravenclaw." Because she was PRETTY sure that he wasn't going to want to bet on them, naaah. That was okay, she didn't care much who won between the two houses. "Should we bet money, or something ELSE?" Like candy or something? Taryn liked candy. Hehe.

"I made a friend at the match." She added with a grin. "Well, not exactly a friend. He just happened to sit beside me and he was really awkward and quiet, but he DID say he was a Ravenclaw."

Come to think of it, she hadn't asked for his name. Whoops.
