"Hello Spike!" she greeted brightly. It appeared as though the Ravenclaw had something to show her. "What can I do for you today?" she asked as she unlocked her door an held it open for him to enter.
"Hi Professor!" Spike replied with a grin. He stepped through the door, and replied to her question. "A couple of things, if you don't mind. Some stuff I've been working on that I thought you might be interested to see, and then maybe a..." He searched for the right words to 'sell' it to the Professor. "...A project that I could conduct in the Greenhouses over the course of the next few weeks, to, erm, supplement my studies."
He placed the pot on the desk, and perched himself on the stool. "Is Caltex around?" he asked, wondering if the Professor's ball of fluff was...well, still exactly that - a bit too fluffy and white for Spike's preference. More Indy's type than Spike's, really. As if acknowledging this, Matilda fidgeted in Spike's hair, making his hair appear to rustle slightly.
Letting the Professor get settled before he moved on, Spike rummaged in his bag, and started to pull out a few seeds and pods that he wanted to discuss.
