Gideon had been lingering around the bonfire as more and more students gathered for whatever was to be happening. And when it finally began with the headboy starting the event and explaining it a bit it was then he registered that Selina had disappeared from her previous spot near him.
Guess she's off for duty.
Now alone with his classmates without his two friend who no doubt had a part to tonights preceedings, the 5th year focused as the story unfolded on the stage. He reconized Kurumi as she came on despite any attempts to change her look. Her behavior including the over-exagerated emotions were the most different. He had to admit she was doing a good job despite how ackward it might seem.

Kurumi had come back on stage to another scene, now so obviously making the potion described in the narration. And at the calling of sisters, Gideon glanced towards the edge of the stage to see who would appear next. His wonder was greeted by the presence of three girls including his missing girlfriend causing him to unconsciously smile as he reconized her voice if not her appearance. However when she said her line he had to fight the laughter that threatened to errupt.
Selina...a potioner...how ironic.
