He wanted to go over to her but as long as she was still holding that squirrel there was no way she'd be getting any closer to him. No, thank you. Hearing her words, Hunter cleared his throat and rose an eyebrow. "You were madly in love with me? Someone's in denial. Were means you no longer are, but everyone knows that you are. Everyone."
Back to ducks! "The duck would stay with me, of course! Unless you want it in your room? But I don't know how that would make sense since I can't exactly go up there." And what a horrible rule that was. He understood not being allowed into the girl's rooms, that was fine, but why weren't houses allowed into the other houses? Made no sense to him. "I would keep the duck in my room, my roommates can leave if they want, I don't care. Just as long as I get a duck. PLEEEAAASE?!?" Best Valentine's Day gift EVER.
Let it go back to it's family? Was Hunter insane?
"Pretty boy say what!? I don't think so. Did you not just witness how difficult it was to try to get the squirrel here in the first place? I'm keeping it!" Just like Hunter was crazy about ducks, Aria was crazy about squirrels. Though she didn't understand why people didn't like them. They were cute and furry and... CUTE.
"Ohhhh right. I totally forgot about that. You are getting me something right?" Honestly, February was a pretty boring month and the fact that she never celebrated Valentine's day made it even more boring. But maybe this year it would be different. Hopefully.

Was Aria seriously considering getting a duck for Hunter? Yes, yes she was.
