Nate reached for his pack, but he was still stairing at the beast to make sure it doesn't try a sneak attack. He was searching all around his bag when he felt it. He knew it was it because he felt a bit of a sharp pain in his arm. He then pulled it out and it was a carved rock and some rope.

He then looked all around and found a stick on the ground. Next he dove for the stick, and ran to cover. While he was behind the cover he took the sharpened rock and started to bang it against one end of the stick. Slowly it started to make a dent big enough for the rock to fit into the little wedge. He then put the flat end of the sharpened rock into the wedge, and tied it tight with the rope. Now since the stick was about 4 feet he had a spear. He then came out of hiding spear and wand in hand. He raised the spear and pointed it at the creature. If it would charge it would charge straight into the tip of the spear
