Kurumi followed the quick strides of the Headmaster as they returned to the vegetable patch where they found everything to be exactly as it had been when she had left. Kurumi looked at the fallen acrumantula and then back at Professor Scabior and finally back to the Headmaster. She wasn't sure if he was asking a rhetorical question or not in terms of the scene in front of him. It did seem rather obvious after all.

But then...she heard...a growl...and it was not the growl of a certain stubby-legged cat that should know better and be back in the Gryffindor common room. Ever so slowly...she turned her head.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME...

Now joining the party, as it were, was a creature with lion's head, a goat's body, and a dragon's tail...and it did NOT look pleased. Had the chimaera been friends with the acrumantula? Oops.

Kurumi's wand flew out of its holster, but she did not perform any sort of spell just yet. The acrumantula hadn't taken well to it and she highly doubted that the chimaera would too.

"Headmaster...we've got company..."

And then there was another screaming Hufflepuff. It had somehow become a habit of the prefects to cast Silencing Spells on badgers this term, and she was tempted to do so this time as well. Screaming was only going to agitate the creature and make it attack. Thankfully, he wasn't too far away from where she was and was able to reach out and grab his arm, tugging him beside her and Headmaster Tate.

If he kept screaming though...then she might cast a Silencing Spell again, bringing her total of silenced Puffs up to three.
