His eyes were momentarily closed though for some reason the darkness was not doing him any good so Gideon soon opened them up once more. The 5th year spotted what looked like a bit of red hair but seeing as he was looking upside down and his arm was particly blocking his view so he moved it. Sure enough it was a redhead...and not just any redhead but his redhead girlfriend who he had been worried about.

"Hey..." Gideon said in greeting as he lowered his arm back to his side before straightening up, debating his actions and finally getting up gradually to his feet. "There ye are," the boy added turning so he was facing Selina over the back of the couch. "I had been wondering where ye was."
