Great question! Umm, probably Facebook. Just because it's the one I'm always on, and it seems to have great tools with keeping in touch with friends/family and tools to interact with others who share similar interests to you.

Most definitely! I went back to some of the posts I made as a newbie a few months ago and I just smiled. It was a little overwhelming at first, but everyone was really helpful if I wasn't sure about anything. The uncertainty disappeared rather quickly.
