When Kurumi entered the room, she was glad that everyone's backs were to her as it gave her enough time to wipe away any stray tears that may still be there. If any remained, she could just pass them off as being because of the cold January weather.
Kurumi set her trunk down by one of the chairs and sat down, too emotionally and physically exhausted to climb up the stairs just yet.
"Hi Kurumi!" Tayla smiled and moved closer, happy to see Kurumi again.
"Do you need any help with that? Oh..." Tayla paused and studied Kurumi. She could feel there was something - different - about her.
"Er...hey, you okay?"
Tayla took out a small box of chocolates from her robes and handed it to the older Gryffindor girl.
"Here, please have some." Chocolate always made Tayla feel better. She hoped it would help Kurumi, too.
