Sophie finally managed to release her hair from the vine and stepped back a little to catch her breath. That was harder than she thought! She looked up at Amelia and gave her a little grin. "I'll try that again! Be ready to try and get the pod as fast as you can if I'm able to hold the thingies for a little while, okay?"

She stared at the Snargaluff again and took a deep breath, concentrating more. Walking directly to it, without taking her eyes off the plant, Sophie reached once again for the moving vines. She held them with all of her strength this time and ducked a couple of times to avoid some other vines that were coming her way. She tied the ones she was holding in a knot and held them with one hand with all her might. Her other hand was now moving around to grab some other vines to clear the way to Amelia. "That is... haard!" She said, avoiding one vine after the other. "Come here, you... thing...!" She held another vine and pulled it together to the knot she was still holding. She bent over the vines on her hand, almost as if she was hugging them. "Do you think... you can get the... pod now, Amelia??" Sophie asked, struggling to keep holding the vines.
