There's some good in this world and it's worth fighting for| LOTR|Whovian|Sherlock Fan

Alyssa walked out to the Duck Pond, making sure that she didn't trip over any of the stones in the dark, because she definitely didn't want to take a swim in the duck pond. She was glad that the moon was out because it provided her enough light to see her way around. She was here to do some star gazing. Finding a suitable spot, she removed her bag from her shoulder and quickly unzipped her bag. Taking out her telescope from its case, she quickly unfolded it and sat it standing up on a stone ledge. She then bent down to adjust and focus the lenses before peering through the viewfinder to look at the stars, only to realize that she needed a little help to make the stars clearer.

Taking out her wand, Alyssa tapped it on her telescope and said "Lens Focalis". Holstering her wand, she sat down again and looked through the viewfinder. She smiled when she saw that the spell had worked because now the stars definitely looked clearer. Alyssa slowly scanned the starlit sky looking for the Constellation Cancer. Tonight was March 15th and according to her guidebook, tonight was definitely the right night to be looking for it.

So Alyssa slowly moved her telescope tube from left to right studying each star formation she came across, until she found the one that she was looking for. She had found the Constellation Cancer. Alyssa noted the coordinates of the Constellation into her Star Journal Guide.

Happy that she had found what she was looking for, Alyssa quickly packed up her things, folding up her telescope and putting it back in its case before zipping up the bag and slinging it over her shoulder. Before leaving, she looked up at the sky one more time, before making her way out of the Duck Pond grounds and back to the castle.
