"He was like a mini Dementor. Absolutly horrid." Legend grinned as he said it. If she was going to agree how horrible Armen was...
"Thanks, the rules of apparating aren't that hard." Wait, he could get his licence? Like...NOW? Without another test or anything? Sitting up straight in the chair, and quickly grabbed the quill. Filling out the forum as neat and fast as he could, Legend checked it over once more to make sure that everything was right, before pushing it back to Inez. "Thank you. Really. I appreciate it." Legend stood up quickly. "Do you want some coffee? I could get you some." He wasn't her employee but Legend was amazing at coffee runs, and she had just made his life so much easier!
The man was very kind and spoke to Inez very politely, she valued manners and was glad that Evander had taught his employees how to act.
Just as she had finished talking about Armen's less than satisfactory running of the Department at the end of his ten years, Legend began to call the man a mini-dementor and she couldn't help but giggle a bit.
"Oh now, now. It can't have been that bad." she said with a grin.
"Well actually he might have been, I've yet to officially meet the guy. I doubt he's very eager to meet me, because, well..." she gestured to herself in the office that was once that odd man's.
"Excellent, we will get this on file as soon as possible." She tapped the paper with her wand and then handed him an Apparition License.
"Here you are Mr. Chosen, sorry about your inconvience." She smiled and thought that would be the ending of their little meeting but the guy had offered to get her coffee for her trouble.
"Oh that won't be necessary. But perhaps you wouldn't mind to show me around the Ministry a bit later today?"
She still needed a guide to learn where some of the places were here.
