A little while later, the professor stepped out of his office. Kendra watched quietly as he took a quick gathering of who was present outside his office. There seemed to be quite a group now, although Kendra hadn't spoken to them as of yet, so didn't know their own reasons for being there. They all seemed to be from a different house, which seemed a little strange as the odds seemed to be against that. But nevertheless, they were all waiting to see the same person, for one reason or another.

'Sir?' Kendra stood up from the bench she had been perched on. 'Is it ok if I come in first, my rat... he's sort of turned orange.' She explained, un cupping her hands to reveal the rat, now curled up and surprisingly, fast asleep. 'Unless.. of course, other people reasons for being here are more urgent..?' She glanced around, biting her lip as she always did when putting herself on the spot.
