Harvey listened as the professor instructed them and demonstrated to them what was to be done with the Valerian root and Salamander blood. They were to alternate between the two ingredients.. so thats what Harvey did he alternated his two ingredients making sure that he added 10 drops of each as they were supposed to do.

1 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
2 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
3 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
4 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
5 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
6 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
7 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
8 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
9 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood
10 Valerian Root and then Salamander Blood

Harvey then crossed off these two ingredients on his list as he had added them.. he then moved and stretched his fingers after he had finished all of this.
