As Nate read the notes, he went from shock at how cruel Jared was being, to anger, to realization. Every single one had something to say about how worthless Pam supposedly was, or how Jez and Nate himself didn't care about her, or only feigned friendship. How could that even logically be true? Nate and Pam had been friends since they were about four years old. That kind of friendship never went away, even with death. "Pam, don't you see what they're trying to do?" he asked, gesturing out toward her with the notes in hand. It was disheartening to Nate that not only would Team Wolf go off and kill their families, but they would go so far as to continue abusing Pam, playing off of her biggest weakness: Nate and Jez.
