And just like that, Medea was impressed. You wouldn't hear her complain about a heavy work load, or a fast pace. She rather enjoyed it. "Looking forward to it." She said with a pleased smirk.
Medea was actually starting to look forward to this now, hopefully this woman not only talked the talk, but walked the walk.
She nodded when she heard Medea's response. Writing a to do schedule rather than a list, Victoria looked up and said,
"When you can and I hope you can do it soon, draft up an announcement for me for a departmental meeting. Let me have it before the day is out. I will be going in to see the minister shortly about it." as she wrote. She then continued with,
"Find out the availability of the conference room. I will need two time slots for upcoming meetings. You and I will be two busy bodies. Also, make a note that we will be briefing all liaisons, whether supervisor or media soon."
Vicky was a fast pace worker. Sometimes she had to pace herself.
"Ok. So, do you care to join me for lunch this afternoon. We can get to know each other better. That way you won't see me as a control freak but just little Vicky." she said with a pleasant smile.
