Rolling her eyes, Thea nodded. 'Okay.. calm down or you'll scare it! Again..' She added quietly under her breath. Thea too, watched the white duck waddling about. It was kind of cute. But she still wasn't touching it. The Gryffindor grinned as he thanked her. Fool. 'Wha-?!' Thea jumped as he shouted. Jeees, all she'd said was that he was a total duck watcher...
'What's this got to do with fishing?!' She huffed. What a stupid silly thing to say! 'Why are you rolling your eyes?!' Thea demanded, scowling at him. Now it was Thea's turn to roll her eyes. Despite herself, she followed Daichi's signals and moved to the left. While biting her lip, Thea watched Daichi who had the utmost look of concentration on his face.
WOA. What?! Following Daichi's lead, Thea aimed for the duck. Let's hope Squishy didn't end up.. well.. squished..
Tiptoeing on the grass, Daichi's shoe snapped a twig and he froze. Even held his breath as he watched the white duck stopping in its track. Please don't go back in the pond... pleeease!
Luck was with him as the duck continued to it's walk on the grass and Daichi smirked. He looked at Thea for a second and saw her in position on the other side and suddenly aimed for the duck.
He ran towards the now petrified duck as he held his arms low to the ground. After a second, the duck seemed to notice the danger and waddled at top speed for a duck the other way. Daichi was faster though and before the duck could get back in the water he had catched it.
"THEA LOO--OWWW!" He screamed as the duck in his arms started to put up a fight by biting him in his hand. In his pain and shock, the third year dropped the duck and pouted his lips.
"Squishy wasn't nice.." he said to his partner and was about to look for another duck when... the white one attacked him again.
"Oww.....oww , no ...squishy...stop it.." The duck was pecking his legs before flying up a little bit to snap its wings against his back. Instinctively , Daichi held his arms over his head as he crouched down.
"Thea! Help!"
