She nodded and then looked at him."I guess that you didnt seemed to fussed about getting out and about. In all honesty I think Im pretty much the same. I can be with a large croud of people, but Im just as happy on my own in my own company.Though I do prefer someone to talk to which is why I am highly grateful to have a willing tour guide!!" She smiled.
She nodded to the boy,"I see,Im in my 5th year, only just,Im 16 soon, so I must have just missed the year above." She realised she had spent her whole time rambling. She looked and him and placed a hand on her chest,"Im sorry,I have a habit to ramble people to death. Please feel free to take the reins,and tell me to shut up and enjoy the schools view." she giglgled.
Anakin really wasn't all meaning to space out during her explanation which he'd ASKED for, but once he'd heard the name "Devon", his mind was in the years past. Summers spent up until he was 10, staying with his Uncle and his cousins. He'd spent so many years in the countryside there. "
You lived in Devon? I used to spend most of my summers out there with my family." Mainly he went with his Mum, which was odd since it was his Da's brother they stayed with.
"My Uncle Eamonn lives out in that area. I remember each summer, my last one when I was 10," which...he really didn't want to think about. Not that last visit.
"My cousin and I used to play with all the neighborhood kids a lot. There was one girl I was particularly close to..." If he could only remember her name, that had been so long ago.
"I dunno, my experience I might be able to even reach Minister with that type of talent."
Wasn't fussed about getting out? Not at all.
"No, I had certain...circumstances keeping me from doing so." No longer did he have that barrier hanging over his head though. That was a nice thing. "I'm certainly glad to BE a tour guide. The company is definitely nice." He wasn't a loner by nature, it just always ended up as so.
"Sounds like a your a go with the flow type of girl?" Which wasn't at all a bad thing! Just missed it?
"I think you'll enjoy having that extra year after you adjust to Hogwarts. It really is a home here." He was going to miss it, a lot. Shut her up? Ani chuckled, shaking his head,
"Not at all! I'm glad for the conversation!" He wasn't a fan of silences, ironic as it was.
"I'm sorry, I got distracted at the mention of Devon when you were talking about your school. So you are a muggleborn? And your parents wanted you to study their familiars instead?" That was an understandable reaction, Ani thought.
