He chuckled awkwardly as she uttered his full name. He granted that was probably the few times he'd hear it without a stern come-here-because-you-did-something-wrong voice. "You know only my grandmother calls me by my full name." he shrugged and half grinned. It was true. Not even his uncle calls him that unless it was for legal identification.
Ducks ate peanuts? He shrugged. Ducks would eat anything actually. All the more reason why people should be careful with what to feed them. Contrary to popular practice, bread can be quite bad for the ducks specially with people feeding them nothing but. Too much carbs.
"I'm... feeling my way around." he said as he looked at the other students shyly. He really wasnt one for striking up conversation for the sake of it, and oftentimes he was very focused in classes and note taking he doesnt notice much of anything else.
"How about you? How are you adjusting to life in Hogwarts? I could imagine it being very different from the Circus?"
