Autumn turned to leave the theatre.

Conrad stared after her as she left, wondering what he should do. He tried to watch the movie, but he was distracted. He wondered how hurt she really was. Was something broken? He decided to go and wait for her in the hospital wing waiting room as soon as the movie was over if she wasn't back by then.
