The brunette pouted a bit, crossing her arms. She looked like a young child, honestly. A young child that hadn't' gotten it's way which honestly....Valentina kinda was right now. She hadn't gotten her way of seeing the ducks and was now pouting because of it. HMMPH. Seemed like she needed to find another source of amusement then. Her eyes darted around the lake, not seeing a sign of ANYONE. What the heck? Had there been some sort of "Ducks of Hogwarts extinction" she hadn't heard about? She'd be upset if so! Maybe not for the ducks but the fact that no one had actually told her! Yes. She like to know things!

She did see a person though, a girl about her age.

Val shrugged, she had nothing to lose. The brunette did a light little skip towards the other girl before her eyes nearly doubled in size.

That girl's feet were in the water. Val was DISGUSTED. What if...like...bacteria or something was in the water that ate feet and her foot got ate off by bacteria? OH NO. POOR GIRL. VALENTINA WANTED TO SAVE HER.

"That's a health hazard, you know?"

Why would anyone in their right mind DO that?

Swishing her feet back and forth, the blond stared out at the pond, wondering what it was like to live in the water. Like.. A FISH or something. That'd be cool. Wouldn't it? There wouldn't be a care in the world. You'd just get to swim around all day and life would be pretty simple. It would be.. nice.

She sighed, knowing she'd never get to be a fish. Unfortunately. But allowed her mind to drift again, this time she wondered where her cat had gotten off to. He could protect her if the duckies ever decided to come back but.. she had no such luck. Forester wasn't anywhere around. Not that she expected him to be.

Hearing a noise behind her, Brookie's head whipped around, frightened that it might be a duck trying to scare her and she almost fell into the pond in the process. Welp.

For one thing, it wasn't a duck, THANK MERLIN. But only a girl, who.. what? "A health hazard? Why?" Now, she was curious.
