Isobel likes the lake. It was pretty and usually peaceful. She wanted to take advantage of its quietness before it got cold and snowy. She had weeks before that would happen, but she decided to visit it just a few days after the term had started. When she got there Isobel spotted a young lion sitting by herself. Isobel sat down near her, and hoped that the girl did not mind.
"Hi," she said cheerfully with a smile. Isobel could be shy sometimes, but this girl was much younger than her, or so she assumed, so she was not too shy.
"My name is Isobel VonHue; I'm a sixth year Hufflepuff."
