Nala dithered in the entrance hall, gripping tightly to her black clutch. Shaking her long hair out of her face, she began to chew her lip. She was nervous. She wasn't with anyone. She was on her own. Oh why hadn't she bribed one of her relatives into coming? Nala had loads of people she could of asked.. she just kind of forgot!

Nala looked down at her feet, dark hair making a curtain over her face. It was like a protective barrier almost.. Nala giggled feebly as she watched her feet. The woman looked up and sighed again, her fleeting good mood gone. She hadn't made any friend what so ever since she had started work, and yeah.. she was feeling almost sorry for herself. Boo hoo. Mashing her scarlet red lips together, her eyes scanned the entrance hall. Maybe there were some other loners here? Ha! not likely. Sooner or later she'd have to make her entrance.. alone. But hey, what was new?
