Honestly, Katherine was in half a mind to skip the Celebration Ball. They were celebrating something that she had no real clue about. Sure she knew her boss was involved, but politics for the most part evaded her. But at last minute, the brunette decided to go and thus she donned a floor length ball gown, complete with heels and jewels. After all, the food was sure to be ravishing.
Stepping off the lifts into the hall, she smiled at the sight of everything. It really looked quite amazing from the outside and made her somewhat sad that she was going to leave all this behind. Could she really just 'up-and-go' though? She wanted to believe she couldn't, but decided that she would decide after the ball. For now, she had a celebration to enjoy.
And with those thoughts in mind, Katherine Spades, Senior Apparition Tester of the British Ministry of Magic, followed some colleagues into the ballroom.
