Unzipping her leather jacket, Elektra walked into the Great Hall. A rush of wind seemed to shiver down her spine. She was back. Those words echoed in her head over and over again. She was back... she was back in school, back with her house, back with her friends, back with everything she had left behind. These last few months had been a whirlwind. What with having her first kiss, running off with Zak, running from things that she still did not understand, finding Ivan and now coming back to school. It was all a bit much, but she missed school. That was why she was back. Mostly she was back to see Violet, but there were others too. Others who owed her an explanation Gideon, others who were going to understand what it was like to be hurt Selina and others as well. She just felt like it was first year for her all over again. Stepping through Hogwarts, feeling like she didn't know where she was going, but she knew. Oh she knew really well.

She took a moment and looked at the two big doors that led to the Great Hall. This was it. Her moment. Her "BIG RETURN!" Was this all too soon to come back? Elektra started to have second thoughts about it now. Just push the door open Elektra. Go. Your friends miss you. You need to see them. That's what's the angel on her shoulder said. But with every angel...there is a little devil on the other shoulder. They never cared Elektra. They didn't. Go back with Zak. Go back to Ivan. Leave this behind you and start new. He hurt you. She betrayed you. You don't need them. New people, no more drama, you can be free! Turn back now. The "devil's voice" hissed in her mind making her just want to break down right at the door. She didn't know what to do. Elektra ran her fingers through her hair just thinking and thinking hard about it. The voices fought back and forth trying to get Elektra to make a decision until finally...her decision was made.

She lowered her hands from her head and she exhaled out slowly before giving a great big push to the huge door in front of her and there they were. Walking in with a little bit of hesitation slowly died away when she gained her confidence and continued to walk until the door behind her closed making a sound through out the whole hall and she stood still as can be looking at every single person in the hall. Not looking anywhere else she just looked at the two middle house tables; Hufflepuff and Gryffindor. She knew those two tables so well. Better than her own house table. She looked real hard to find that one bubbly Hufflepuff that she knew since her start at Hogwarts, but seemed to have some difficulty with it. Where's Violet? She thought to herself. Panning pass the Hufflepuff table, she slowly brought her glance over to the Gryffindor table and right away she saw that firery red hair. Why am I not surprised...of course she's with HIM! It seemed that Gideon and Selina were still together. That was quite shocking. Elektra couldn't really point out what exactly Gideon liked so much in Selina, but maybe he liked...well...athletic girls. You would think he would go for a girl who knew how to actually handle a simple potion and not let it explode in their face like some people Selina, but right now was not the time to think about this. She just wanted to see her best friend's reaction of her return. Taking another step so that she was a bit more visible and she looked around and she took a breath before she finally spoke and said, "So what have I missed?"
