Jessie laughed at Sophie's story. "I only had to try one. When I picked it up, it made me all warm indie, like I had just hugged a friend I hadn't seen in a very long time!" Jessie smiled wistfully, remembering her special bonding moment with her wand.
"Sparkles! Yeah, I know what those are! And Fireworks, too! My dad loved muggles so much he married one, just to better understand their world!" Jessie laughed again. Muggles were quite silly. She had a few muggle friends back home, but mostly wizarding friends. She felt it was an even balance.
"Oh, that sounds cool too!" Sophie said, even though she still thought pretty sparkles were nicer than a warm feeling. She liked colorful stuff.
"So your mum's a muggle? That must be kind of weird! Does she know about you and your dad being magical? she asked with a worried look on her face.

Sophie chuckled at his words. She was amusing herself, just like she wanted. And Treyen's reactions were making it even better.
"Alrighty, mister! I just hope I don't lose any house points for accidentally calling you that!" she said, still smiling playfully.
