"It's overwhelming for me too", Alex said. "I'm muggle-born so everything is a first for me. My family is still dealing with the fact that I'm a witch. So am I, really." Alex thought about how excited she was to be meeting other kids like herself. Here she wouldn't be the different one, hopefully. "Well, I'm sure we're not the only ones with jitters."
