She shook her head, remembering. "Four years doesn't seem as long as it did before," she said wistfully. Where the hell had it gone? Her romance with Ethan had come about so fast: spilling coffee on him, first date, discovering their patronuses are identical, him proposing, her getting pregnant, their spontaneous wedding, having their twins ... Everything had gone past like a seeker after a golden snitch.
"Now I'm getting philosophical," laughed Lights. "We have a job to do, let's go do it. I can find Ebony again, I think. We should meet up with him again, see what's going on."
