"You're not a human either, and yet you talk," retorted Jez. "Now shut up, before I stuff you in the kitty carrier." Ro opened her mouth, then shut it as Jez gave her a Death Glare. The cat turned away sulkily, staring out of the window, and the girl looked curiously at Jordan. "I hear something happened between you and Faina at the feast," she probed.
