Violet had finally made her way through the crowded stands to sit with her fellow Slytherins. She was wearing green and silver or grey clothing in honour of the occasion, but the thing she was most proud of was her hair. Using the spells she had learned in her first Transfiguration Class (she winced when she thought of that stupid clown get-up, but she had to admit the spells had come in handy for the game), she had completely transformed her usual plain, dark brown bob into a thing of Slytherin splendour.
Good old Felintas had lengthened and shaped her fine, straight strands into a riotous, coiling mass of serpent-like hair worthy of Medusa herself. Then, using the Ristaris spell, she had colored her hair green and silver. As a final touch, she had added small silver baubles and streamers here and there so that her head glimmered in the sun.
