Damien returned a few moments after he left with Gabe. He was unable to take the Recard man's yammering any further. It was excruciating. Hearing what Van had to say about the MLE's job he had no smile on his face... it was going to be rough going on most everyone, that was for sure. Sliding up near Van he began to speak up to take a team, when Dacs seemingly began to lead the expedition. Well, that was fine, too, Dacs was capable. That was for sure.
Clearing his throat he looked to his friend and asked, for once, (heh) "Where do you need me, Van?" He would go where he was going to be the most use. |
