The Muggle way of blowing up balloons was so satisfying. Plus, he wasn't exactly sure what spell would inflate the balloon. He began a small pile of green and blue balloons next to him, just waiting to be levitated or fixed to the ceiling.
Kennedy had more empty balloons in his hand when a guy spoke to him. "
Sure, the more balloons the better," he grinned. He blew air into a few more balloons and stopped when he felt light headed.

"Ready," Kennedy said. The guy had a pile of balloons by him. He took one of them and placed the sticking charm on and levitated it to the ceiling.
