Alyssa looked over at Sierra hoping that the Slytherin would take pity on her and agree with her.
At this point, Sierra was reluctant to get involved at all. She had no idea why she'd been hugged, so as far as she was concerned, she was out of this situation altogether. Besides, did the girl
really want her to answer that question? Her gaze traveled to the Hufflepuff, whose name she still didn't know, and then up to Professor Schirmer.

Turning to Sierra she said, "Perhaps Severus Snape's patronus keep that form not because it was his love for her, but for what the change meant to him, personally. Something in him changed to make his animal form change, I think."
Sierra shrugged as she thought about what Lexi said.
"I'm not sure. The story went on to say that Dumbledore saw the patronus and was reminded of Snape's love for this woman," she said.
"He asked Snape just one question--'After all this time?' Snape's answer to him was, 'Always'." She shrugged again.

There was no way that she would be able to concentrate now especially if the Professor took house points from her, or worse yet, send her to detention.
Sierra turned to look at the Puffer again. Honestly, ...was she still going on about this? With a sigh, she turned her attention back to Schirmer.
"Professor Schirmer, ...may I?" she asked.
