He'd though there was a shark... which was weird for her dad - he was usually really good at spotting animals. Maybe he had just been genuinely worried. After all, it was after Krys' accident...
"Yeah, it was. But it was a long time ago." Well... four years. But that was a long time, right? Oh, he was so caring and... oooh words couldn't describe it - it was so strange to have someone to care about her for a change and not her family or money or potions or whatever... She smiled even more and squeezed his hand. "Oh, well... that's a shame. But also good, I don't want you to get hurt." she said.
Kennedy laughed.
"Yeah, and I wouldn't have been able to fit inside the train in the first place," he said. They would had probably have to strap him on top of the train if he was in a bubble.
"Yeah. I'm magical and so far she hasn't put me up for adoption," he said in an amused tone. His mom would definitely like Aurora, right? Right. From what he witnessed over the holidays it seemed that Aurora and her mom didn't interact like him and his mom, but that still didn't mean that Aurora's mom didn't want the best for her. People just expressed themselves different than others.
He laughed along with her.
"Isn't great scaring our parents," he said, mischievously. It wasn't that he completely enjoyed scaring his mom, it was just nice to see that she cared for him a lot.
"
Yeah, Quidditch is pretty dangerous," he said, after thinking about it, but it still didn't change his mind. One day...one day he will tryout and get in the team.
"But, you're older now and Professor Vindictus is a great teacher for flying." Hint. Hint. Or, maybe he could teach her how to fly, but only if she wanted to.
