How will she act in front of Professor Bentley? Well, it was rather lucky of her that she was nice.
"Oh, Professor Bentley! You're out from your Herbology residence?!" Erin said quite unsure if it implied a question. It was too cold outside. What must be the reason for the Professor to leave her place? Inside the castle would be the best place to chat with other faculty members and probably, students whom she was fond of.
Then Erin suddenly realized that she was asked of a question and she needed to answer. It felt like she was in class. Heh.
"Uhm," she hesitated a little then continued,
"My feet's numb. I think it's because of the cold," said Erin flatly.
And there came her friend Harvey. He was in the same way concerned as Professor Bentley was.
"Well, I can't walk right now." He also seemed too cold to stay outside.
Seren was a little worried about Erin. Honestly, what good ever came form sitting on steps in the Entrance Hall?... none that she could think of.
With the sudden arrival of Harvey, she was momentarily distracted from the girl.
"Hello dear," she said quickly but politely before turning back to Erin.
"Yes I try to come up to the castle as often as I can. As it so happens I have a little business to attend to... its a nice excuse to get out of the cold." Not that her office or quarters were cold. Not by a long shot, they were rather warm and toasty, especially with all the logs she's been putting on the fire.
Numb?... Did Erin just say her feet were numb?
"Well thats not very good... not wearing thick enough socks?"
Socks were very important during the winter. In fact dressing appropriately in general was highly recommended.
