"Oh? That sounds good. I see her in the common room and in classes a lot. She does seem nice." And maybe Louisa was just taking Adam's word for it. For all Louisa knew, the captain was a friend of Vashti... that wasn't so appealing to the fourth year girl at the time being.

Speaking of Vashti, "No." She replied to Adam shortly, averting her gaze to the pitch and watching some people getting it ready. In fact, she'd almost messed up Vashti's relationship with Anakin by telling him about her having her love-potion when they went out on their date. That wasn't about to slip out of her tongue to Adam, though. Not when she couldn't sleep with guilt that night, and not when she was deeeeeep within attending this match to watch her ex-best friend playing like she always forced herself to do.

Adam gave a little nod. "That's true...the idea of being alone in that huge place when pretty much everyone is here is a bit daunting." After all Hogwarts was huge, and just the thought of being there alone with the possibility of getting hurt by accident or something with no one there to hear or help you was a bit frightening. Adam really did need to try and stop being so pessimistic all the time...

Adam nodded at Louisa's comment about Ellie. Perhaps he could introduce the two of them sometime? Although he wasn't sure how the two of them would mesh...after all Louisa loved reading and Ellie hated reading, and Ellie loved Quidditch and Louisa could care less. Those kind of seemed like fundamental differences to him, but who knew, maybe the two of them would get along wonderfully! Adam had intentionally averted his gaze from Louisa when he asked her about Vashti. Her short reply confirmed what Adam had already known, and he let out a little sigh. He really wanted to try and mend things between them...he just hoped nothing else had happened to make the hole even deeper so to speak since the dungbomb prank.

Deciding maybe it best to change the subject Adam cleared his throat slightly. "So, I was thinking that maybe I could get JB back this week? And I found out a way to move his doghouse, so if you'd like you could see it. It really is rather awesome." Adam had kind of made it more like a little house for him and JB than a doghouse, and he was pretty proud of himself for it.
