Turning as a voice spoke, she saw that it was the boy she'd nearly run into...or was it? "Thanks," she replied with an appreciative smile. "Guess I should pay more attention to where I'm walking." Walking while reading was fun though.

Dash chuckled and rolled his eyes. Stupid Ravenclaw. Or... Not... stupid... Yeah. He was under the personal opinion that one should walk to their destination without reading. It would probably be safer and faster if this girl had kept her eyes off of the pages until she found somewhere cozy to settle down with her book. No wonder nerds were stereotyped as clumsy. They always had their noses somewhere where they ought not to be. At least, while walking. Dash often forgot to mind his own business, but at least it didn't cause him much physical harm.

"Sure," he replied, shrugging indifferently. That was his good deed for the day. "Probably should there." Then, with a charming smile, "I'm Dashiel, by the way. Dashiel Cheshire."
