Gwendolyn sighed, realizing that she didn't actually find Mercury. It was jst one of those tiny things that kept floating around. Almost sure that she wasn't going to succeed in finding that planet, the second year decided to at least practce the spell. Yeah, she was pretty good at spells... Way better than at Astronomy,anyway...

Lens Focalis,Lens Focalis,Lens Focalis,Lens Focalis..., she repeated a few times in her head, and then took out her wand, ready to practice. 'Lens Focalis', she said loud and clear, doing the wish and tap movement. Grinning, Gwendolyn congratulated herself for managing to use the spell.

What next? Do I really have to stare through that telescope?!, she wanted to say but didn't. That would be a bit exaggerated. So- where is this Mercury, anyway? It should be near the sun, right? Riiiight? Directing her telescope in that direction, Gwen scanned carefully everything that came in her view. Gah, Mercury- WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?
