Shrugging, Michelle dropped her textbook and turned to her old clunky telescope. She tried envisioning her wand movement: swish and tap on the lens.

Sounds simple enough.

Relaxing her shoulders and getting into position, she chanted, "Lens" swish "focalis" tap!

Squinting into the eyepiece, Michelle looked through lens and out at the nightsky.
