Evelyn talked like it was no big deal...and it most likely wasn't...but this didn't stop Marilyn from feeling very uneasy about the whole thing.
...And she sincerely hoped that Cassie hadn't really betrayed her like had been suggested.
Sighing, she made her way to the sink. Looking in the mirror had been awful. She looked so washed out. Having several professors coming at you at once could do that, she supposed.
