Urgh...just the idea made her shudder.
She noticed Jade raise an eyebrow, her eyes in the general area where her house badge was. She was a Gryffindor. What a shocker. Mackenzi wasn't a prejudice person, but from waht her dad had told her, Slytherin and Gryffindor were natual rivals. They were born to hate each other. But if that was true, wouldn't she and Jade be flipping out, and trying to kill each other by now?
Jade nodded. She had been asked that question for the past couple of days. Why she was called that nickname and such. It made sense to her though.
"I love to skateboard actually, but I haven't been able to for a couple months or so." She frowned a bit.
"Have you ever tried skateboarding?" She missed it actually, feeling the wind in her hair as she skated down the muggle streets, felt just so relaxing. She even trained herself how to skate with her high heels on.
"I'm a bit of a tomboy when it comes to that, however, I'm truly a girly girl. Being boy crazy, is what I'm usually known for." She laughed.
This was awkward, but nice. They were getting along, even for house rivals.
"How about this whole 'house rivals' thing is pushed away? I'd rather not make another new enemy at this school because of house prejudice." She said, wondering if Mackenzi would agree to it.
