"That's right. You're going to become clowns for this lesson." Evil? Probably to those who cared what they looked like. Fun? Heck yes.
"Before we get on with the spells though, I want you all to look the part. So please find a partner for this bit, because it's more fun that way, and come up and collect one of these sets of face paints." Isabelle reached inside one of the boxes on her desk and produced a pile of other boxes, each containing paints for them to use. She then walked over to the trunks and threw back the lids.
"AND I have costumes for you to wear! Come and get one, get changed, then please do your partners make up. We'll move on when you've all completed that." Oh no.
Oh NO.
Once professor Magnus mentioned that carnival around Diagon Alley, Nora knew exactly what they were about to do, and also what the spells were going to learn.
... and then she did it. She changed her hair into that creepy red and curly clown hair. Noooo no no no no. Nora was so not going to do that with her precious hair. However, she took one of those ugly costumes and some make up, but she couldn't really find a partner, since everything seemed to move around super fast.

Removing the hand held mirrors from the other box, Isabelle placed some on the desk and held a few in her hands. "First I would like you all to come and get a mirror, then imagine how you are going to look. Once you are confident you can commence practice."
She was just about to hand over the first mirror when she remembered something. "If you wish to revert back to your ordinary hair, and try more than one style, the counter spell is 'Int-ar-is' - with two taps on your head as you say it, concentrating on what you looked like before. I'll do that for you if you don't feel confident enough to try yourselves."
Scribbling on the board she added the new pieces of information.
Once professor Magnus gave everyone the needed items, she did everything by herself, but not before the professor finished speaking, and then let them get a mirror. Since the costume was super large, she put it on over all her school robes, and used the make up to make her cheeks look really red, and also painted something around her eyes.
And yes. She knew she looked terrible.
Now, the spell.
Nora took a deep breath. What if she'll destroy her hair?!
Deep breath.

Felintas," she muttered, concentrating on what she wanted. Hesitantly, she held up her mirror and her eyes went wide when she'd seen her auburn hair, which was a bit curly as well, but still the normal length. It looked like a rather grumpy version of the professor's red afro.
