Nessie smiled at Pixxi. As she continued to talk she began to feel less and less awkward. She could definately see Pixxi as a friend sometime in the future. She smiled warmly at Pixxi for her kindness.
"Yes I have started my classes. I'm in Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures. I honestly can't wait for Potions to start. I think that will be my favorite class, even though the professor scares me." She laughed quietly, thinking about how Professor Lafay snapped at a few of the students in the Potions Lab.
Nessie looked at the boy kindly. "I'm a first year so I haven't been here long. I still get lost just going to my classes! I really do love Hogwarts. I've always been interested in the supernatural and now I'm living it! It's nice to meet you William, I'm Nessie Masen, but you can call me Nessie." Nessie held out her hand for William to shake.
" Well, I use to be a first year, too" William laughed. " I still get lost going to classes, too" William told Nessie." I figured yo uwould love HogWarts" William said to Nessie." Nice to meet you Nessie" William smiled and shook her hand. "Have you hearf what the students call Professor Lafay?" Willaim asked Nessie.
