"It's been a real trip" And I meant it. I mean, Slytherin? Where all the evil kids and psycho's got to? And I was supposed to SLEEP in the SAME ROOM as them? Some one was playing a really big, nasty joke on me and it was really getting annoying. King Tet, probably.
"I mean, if the symbol was like bunny or something, I could cope. But snakes..." I shivered. Need I say further.

She furrowed her brow at his frown. She didn't like that grimace on his face. It just didn't fit.
He moved back, too, so now they were back to being far away. This time she frowned slightly.
"So, you don't like Slytherin?" She asked, taking the opportunity to re-fold her legs into a more comfortable position. She had taken her robes off before walking down to the tree, so now she was wearing shorts and a cardigan. It was problem the last time she'd be able to wear shorts, because autumn was quickly approaching.
He didn't belong in Slytherin. Slytherins were...not like him. Given, she didn't know many Slytherins, but she knew he didn't belong in that house.
"You should've been in my house..." Adelyn shrugged. She would've liked that, more than she'll let on.
"Our symbol is a lion." Oh. Speaking of being a Gryffindor...and wanting to lighten the mood...
"Slytherin and Gryffindor friendships used to be frowned upon. Really frowned upon." She said, smirking slightly. Her father used to tell her all about it.
"Lucky, it isn't so much anymore."
Now she really grinned.
"But even if it was, I'd still be your friend...because forbidden is fun." She said it quietly, close to a whisper, the corner of her lips curling into a mischievous smile.
