Right, left foot goes back first, okay?" she moved her right foot forwards to go with Penny moving hers back. "Then your right foot goes back, a little to the right of your left. And then the third step is you bring your left foot across to close the gap. Then you repeat beginning with your right foot. Got it?" Letting go of Penny she demonstrated before taking up her place again.

"Right, are you ready? One, two, three, one, two, three." she said, setting the slow rhythm.
