Les mademoiselles will then rest their left arm on the monsieur's right arm." He placed his hand over her shoulder blade and waited for her to do her part.

There is no need to do anything fancy. Just...if he is to move his right leg forward, la mademoiselle's left leg to move back. Vice versa if he is to move his left leg forward. Same if you wish to move sideways. The key is to make sure you are in sync, so...talk to each other. Communicate where you wish to go. Now...go!"
He turned his attention back to Seren. "Shall we?"

He took Isabelle's right hand into his left and held it aloft, roughly to her eye level. Then he gingerly slipped his right arm beside her midriff and rested his hand over her shoulder blade. He glanced at her and cracked a tiny grin. Easy part done yeah?
He waited for Isabelle to get into position then glanced at the Groundskeeper giving the next instructions. Right nothing fancy. Exactly how he likes it heh
