Sage was enjoying talking to Ella and ansering her questions. It made Sage feel....smart.

While Sage was talking to Elsie and Gideon, she noticed another first year Gryffindor sitting in one of the chairs. Sage caught her glancing over here a couple of times and when she waved in their direction, Sage waved back, not caring if it was directed at her or Elsie.

As Willow waved to Elsie, one of the girls she was talking to, Sage was it(?), waved back, not knowing exactly who Willow was waving at!
Willow laughed and waved back at Sage, giving her a smile as she did so.

Elsie realised she had drifted out of the conversation so much she didn't realise someone else was there talking to Sage!
She had been thinking about her first Defence against the Dark Arts lesson. She had somehow managed to lose Gryffindor some house points. She didn't realise she would have gotten in so much trouble for telling Willow she could borrow one of her Quills. Elsie decided she would not stop at nothing until she regained the points she lost.

Willow noticed Elsie looked kind of worried. "She better not be stressing over DADA!" she thought to herself. "5 points if nothing to lose, at least it wasn't 30 like that other guy in class earlier!" It wasn't that she didn't care about losing the points, it was just that she thought the teacher was so unfair!

"Yeah, I am enjoying it so far! Though I lost 5 points in DADA for asking Elsie for a quill. So unfair! Oh well, I'll just have to win them back somehow. What about you, how is your second year going?" Willow said, as she tossed her long, blonde hair over her shoulder.
