João nearly jumped when someone YELLED his name's unique pronunciation performed by only Louisa. He smiled vastly. She wanted to be his partner... although meeting someone new could have been fun, he would be more than pleased. He would enjoy that closeness. Hehe.

"I don't," he said, scanning the room for a moment ~~for the sign of Fee~~ before he looked back at her. Offering one hand with a gentleman's smile, he said "Would you be my partner, senhorita?"
