Ugh...why did he even bother coming to this? Oh that's right, because he'd have to sooner or later. It was custom to learn formal dances in his society. This certainly would make his mum proud. He only knew more hip/hop dances, but the dance classes wasn't specified, so maybe he'd find himself in his element.

Should he risk another slap? Hmm...There were enough professors around, so it seemed so surely she wouldn't make a scene. Rafe marched right on over and plopped on the other side of Marilyn without a word.
Hearing something sit beside her, Marilyn turned her smiling face away from Cassie...only to lose it a second later. She should have smelled him...Not that he smelt bad. It was weird and made no sense. She could just tell when he was near. Unfortunately.
